Maybe one of the best books that came out immediatly after Woodstock.
Twen staffer Anders Holmquist spent a fair amount of time in San Fran and travelling across American in '69 documenting youth culture. The book has Haight Ashbury, Fillmore theatre, Ferlenghetti's City Lights, communes, gardens and tons of other stuff shot in a time of unbridled optimism and free love.
