Boutique culture in the late sixties

2 indespensable guides to where to shop and who shops there.
These two books are a great insight into the boutique culture around Kings Road and Carnaby Street in the late sixties. All the famous ones are there- Quorum, Bazaar, Foale, Biba, I Was Lord Kitchiner's valet etc etc. plus literally hundereds of other that in time have been completely forgotten. They were probably pretty naff at the time (being aimed at the young tourist or provincial visitor), but with retrospect, unless you were actually there, are probably the best document on what was going on and who was involved.
